Executive Board Sessions
We’ve learned real change often needs to be driven and embraced by C-level. That’s why most of the 1st engagements with new partners start with what we call “Executive Board sessions”. During one or multiple Executive Board sessions we help you develop your innovation thesis and create an innovation portfolio of new propositions to be future proof. We look at “The State of Tech” and how technology will impact your business. Across the board we develop a common “innovation language” and make sure you steer innovation on the right “metrics”.
The buy-in of adjacent departments like HRM, Legal, Finance, Procurement etc.. is critical to drive company-wide awareness and support for your innovation initiatives. We’ll bring adjecants together for a week-long innovation and lean transformation masterclass were we embrace them in the Lean Startup and Agile way of working.

Corporate Accelerator Programs
Our corporate accelerators are an intense 3 months programs where corporate startup teams “do more, faster”. From 7-10 new business ideas, models, failed new business propositions we select 3 to 5 that go into the accelerator program. Based on our experience on acceleration of 650+ startups we help you select the right internal “founding team. A team that consist of 3-4 people per business proposition that will be accelerated. In 3 months we create the Minimum Viable Product, aim to find product market fit and generate 1st revenues.
